TRUE VALUE REWARDS is a free program powered by Global Retail Co that enables you to earn points for your purchases at True Value. As you accumulate points, you'll unlock valuable rewards.

 

True Value is offering special rewards exclusively for True Value Rewards customers. Watch out for special offers in-store or online to receive an additional one point for every KD you spend.

 

• The True Value Rewards Application is administered by GLOBAL RETAIL CO. (True Value), which reserves the right to withdraw, restrict, suspend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions of the program or any associated offer(s) at any time without prior notification. True Value also reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participation in the program and to immediately invalidate all points accumulated or offers based on abuse, fraud, or any violation of the program's terms and conditions.

 

• True Value Rewards points carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

 

 

Eligibility and Participation

 

• The True Value Rewards program is a free benefit for True Value customers and is voluntary.
• Customer must be eighteen (18) or older to participate in the True Value Rewards program.
• Customer can register on the mobile application by providing the required information to become eligible for collecting points in the program.
• Participants will have a virtual Rewards card issued to their smartphones, which can be viewed through the app.
• During initial registration, a 4-digit OTP will be sent to the mobile number for verification.
• Two mobile numbers can be associated with each individual Rewards account.
• True Value employees and their immediate families are noteligible to participate.

 

Point Accumulation and Redemption

 

• The participant must present their digital card at the time of purchase to earn or redeem rewards points.
• True Value reserves the right to amend the exchange rate at any time without prior notice.
• Registered customers can earn one (1) point for every One Kuwaiti Dinar (KD1=1 Point) spent at True Value, credited on the net purchase amount.
• Transactions less than 1 KD will not be eligible for points.
• A minimum of 100 points is required to redeem any reward option.
• Shipping fees and other charges do not qualify for Rewards points.
• No points will be awarded for products with promotions, other ongoing promotions, or the redemption value of rewards points.
• Participants will not receive cashback or credit notes for purchases less than the True Value Rewards value.
• Points earned for purchases resulting in returns or exchanges will be deducted from participants' Rewards accounts.
• The points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Purchases made prior to the date of enrolment are not eligible for points, and any future changes in point accumulation rules will not be retroactive.
• On the points redemption process, the customer will receive an OTP on the associated mobile, which should be presented to the cashier for the completion of the process.
• The redemption value of accumulated points is One Point = 50 fils. For every 100 reward points collected, an equivalent value of KD5 will be credited to their Rewards balance. Redemption will be issued only in multiples of 100 points.
• Redeemed points will be deducted from the accumulated balance.
• Points will expire if not redeemed within 12 months from the date of collection.
